Our low pressure titanium tube plugs are made with a Titanium nut and bolt assembly. The collar and washers are made from a non-water soluble hard plastic called Hytrel and the Silicone parts are of a vulcanized silicone rubber.

These titanium tube plugs are offered in either a single size (one silicone part) or a double size (two silicone parts). The single plugs are recommended for lower pressures and the doubles are for pressures between 60 psi and 150 psi.
